To be able to reset your password, you need to enter your username and your email address. These must be the same as what we have on our accounts. Please contact us if you do not have either of these.
Forgotten your password?
To reset your password we need to know your username and email address. We will then send you an email containing a link back to this page which also contains a secret token. When you click this link, you will be allowed to reset your own password.
If you remember your old password you may safely ignore the email. The link is valid only once and for a maximum of 1 hour. If the token expires, you must request a new one.
