Kicking off the progress threads with my own.
Things to finish during August: Primary goal - complete second draft of novel. Secondary goal - come up with a better title for it! I'm currently at 35K in what I hope/suspect will end up to be a total of 90,000 words total - we shall see. 30 Jul 2008 19:17:14 |

I got the title but didn't get the draft done. I think it got complete in September instead. :)

It feels like a good place to be at :-) I've done my regular 1.5 for the day and am hoping to get another 500 or so to get me over the 40K mark.

So far so good, am sitting at 43K after having a 3k writing morning - I may add to it more later, but we'll see :-)

Hehe thanks. I didn't end up adding anymore after all, but hope to be sitting pretty at 45K by the end of Sunday :-)

Thanks fisherbabe :-) added my 2k this morning so am sitting just over 45K now. I was planning on getting back to it later today and starting the second POV, but never got around to it, so that will be on tomorrow's to do list. Still feeling really good about it though!

Another 2k today, bringing me up to 47K - am hoping for a 3k one tomorrow to get me a nice round 50,000 lol would be awesome!

Just joined the challenge, aiming to finish the third draft of my novel. I've done about 93,300 words so far, of what I think will be around 100,000.
