You CAN STILL UPDATE YOUR WORD COUNT, until it hits midnight in your area IF you entered what time zone you are in, on your settings pages. Yeah, I had a mid-month crisis of faith. I kind of freaked out when I saw my story starting to get off track. I thought writing a second, more loosely plotted story would help, but I soon dropped it in favor of the first. I liked being able to combine fiction in this challenge, but next time I think I'll stick with one story and lots of discipline! I guess the key is putting enough words down to move the story forward while keeping the plot bunnies from hatching all over the place. Unless, of course, that's the point! :-) It's been a blast! Each time I do a challenge like this I come away with new insights and things I want to improve in the future. Anyway, a toast to all! clink 08 Jul 2008 05:35:28 Ladypamela
