I am quite far behind on my word count total. But still certain that I'll do it.

Is anyone else in the same position?

You're doing perfectly fine on 25K!! If you write just over 2,000 words a day you'll be all done. :)

Are you liking your story? What's going on?

That determination will get you places you never knew you could go.

Just keep plugging away. You have plenty of time left.

My story is a novelisation of the screenplay I co-wrote for script frenzy. I imagined it as a novel originally, but I've had so much other stuff on that there was never actually time to get started on it.

And now here I am.

I do like this story, it's my baby, and I love how different it is from the screenplay. I'm having a lot of fun.

Hi glossolalia! I'm glad you like your story.

I'm in the same boat at 26k. I'm having a lot of fun with it, but I had to slow down to get things back on track. Now I'm ready to crank up the writing pace again and see what happens.

You can do it! Even if you don't hit 50k, you can still be proud of what you accomplished.

Happy writing!
