Anniversary Showcase
Hello Kiwi Writer!
Next year Kiwi Writers celebrates its 5th anniversary and as part of our celebration, we want to showcase some of YOUR work. Above all else, we value you, our members, and we want to give you the opportunity to share some of your writing with the rest of the world.
We’re looking for: stories ranging from 1-3,000 words, with a theme of ‘connections’, because after all, that’s what we’re all about. We’d like you to send these stories through to kiwiwriters@gmail.com as .rtf files with Kiwi Writers Showcase in the subject line, by the end of the December 2011, so that we can help you get your work shining as brightly as it can.
The plan is to release stories throughout February on the website, and then compile them into a free e-book which will be available at the end of February. We’ll be attaching a creative commons licence to all work showcased so that all rights remain with you, the author. To find out more about Creative Commons see http://www.
We are hoping to include as many stories as we can, but due to time constraints, we will be selecting the best of the bunch – so get your writers hat on and show us what you’ve got.
