I'm a recent college graduate from the USA, spending the summer in Sweden. What am I doing in Sweden, you ask? I don't really know, but here I am. So far, I've done the following: adjust to jetlag, start learning the language, search for friends.

But most relevantly, I wrote 1085 words. My NaNo project from last fall is now sitting at 81k words, and is just not quite done. So I want to finish it! I'll be going for the half-challenge, which ought to be enough to round out the book. If not, I'll do it again next month, and that certainly will be enough. Then it's off to editing, and submitting.

But that's getting ahead of myself - for now, I'm just going to write 1000 words every day this month.

Name: Peter
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Genres you write in: Science Fiction, currently soft but usually hard. Fantasy.
Current work in progress: ??? - I have absolutely no idea what to call it. By 81k words, you'd think I'd have an idea, but nope. ;)
What do you do when you're not writing?: Read! I also spend a great deal of time playing Warhammer 40K, Magic: the Gathering, and roleplaying games. And I design websites professionally (http://threewestwinds.com). And I build rockets.
